At a press conference on November 2nd, SNSD members revealed their interest in their maknae’s ‘love’ relationship with her virtual hubby, Yonghwa. Her unnies cried playfully in unison, “we’re jealous” every time the subject about the Goguma Couple was raised in the interview. Due to her playful unnies, maknae became shy and blushed.

Seohun said, “I think my unnies are more interested than me as they have been monitoring it so closely for my sake. This happens probably because it is an experience i do not get every day. My unnies have been urging me to hold his hands. I feel really shy”.

SNSD members thought that Seohyun has changed ever since her ‘marriage’ and Tiffany explained, “In our new mini-album, there are certain parts (Seohyun’s parts) in the songs that highlight the change in her vocals. Is it because now she could express her emotions in the songs? There has been improvement in her vocals and expressions in singing. Maybe we should start dating too”.

Seohyun who was shy when asked about Yongseo, shook her hands repeatedly to put a stop to all the teasing but her naughty unnies, as expected, would not let her go. They kept on teasing her with shouts of “Oh!”, “Really?”, “Whoa”, making Seobaby’s face turned even more reddish.

Tiffany further explained, “In fact, these changes have never happened to our maknae before. We find these changes really funny. She has changed. She has changed”. After that, Taeyeon said in a soft voice, “Actually, I was married too (to Jung Hyungdon) but…I was forced to divorce”. Upon hearing that, everyone burst into laughter.

Tiffany continued, “Truthfully, this has never happened for our maknae. These changes are really funny to us. She’s changed. She’s changed.” Taeyeon stated in her softest voice, “I was married too (to Jung Hyung Don), but forcefully divorced”, cracking up her members.

[News]“Running Man” spotlights Seoul’s ‘Seohyun’ station

Where is the SNSD station in Seoul’s Bundang area?

This ‘unusual’ station was featured on the May 15th episode of SBS’s “Running Man“, during the segments where the members carried out missions in pairs.
One mission in particular had the members try to puzzle out a clue given by the production crew. In order to find out where to go next, they had to solve,”Find the SNSD station in Bundang”.
Song Ji Hyo figured out the destination by looking at the map itself, while Yoo Jae Suk instantly said, “It’s Bundang’s Seohyun station” after seeing the clue. The comedian’s partner, Ji Suk Jin, praised his clever thinking by saying, “You’re really great. Do you even lack anything?“.
Netizens said, “Running Man is really brilliant” and “It’s interesting that Seohyun station even exists“.
Meanwhile, the Seohyun Subway Station posted an advertisement commemorating Seohyun’s coming-of-age Day.

On April 11th, a picture of Seohyun holding a guitar was uploaded onto various online community bulletins, catching the attention of many netizens. They admired her goddess pose, which reminded them of her days on MBC’s “We Got Married“.

In the picture, Seohyun is wearing a grey hooded shirt and jeans – displaying a modest, model student look. SNSD’s maknae Seohyun shared her thoughts on celebrating Korea’s coming-of-age day today.
On May 16th, Seohyun shared,

“I am so happy that I have received so much interest and love even before I became an adult… I am sincerely thankful for all who have watched over me as I grew over the years and continued to congratulate me as I have become an adult.“

Seohyun was born in 1991 and according to Korea, became a “real adult” this year at the age of 20. Although she’s SNSD’s maknae, Seohyun has received much love for her calmness and maturity.
Seohyun revealed her amibitions saying,

“Though I am a bit embarrassed for having often shown the image of an immature child, now that I am an adult I hope to take more responsibility, continue to grow, and be more assertive.“

[News]The Link Between Seohyun, Son Eunseo and Jung Yonghwa

Boy band CNBLUE’s vocalist Jung Yonghwa and actress Son Eunseo found some common ground with Girls’ Generation’s maknae Seohyun.

On the 19th of April episode of SBS’ Strong Heart, Jung Yonghwa and Son Eunseo talked a bit about Seohyun.

Last year, Lee Soonjae found Son Eunseo to be very similar to Seohyun. Even Girls’ Generation’s Yoona admitted that both of them look alike. During a predebut CF Yoona starred in back in 2007, she saw Son Eunseo and said “Right now a fellow member whom I’m preparing to debut with looks a lot like you.”

Yonghwa and Seohyun recently ended their virtual marriage on the second season of MBC’s We Got Married after one year. On last week’s episode, the teaser for the next episode showed Jung Yonghwa shouting “I love you” to Seohyun, garnering heated response from fans. Later on, it was shown that when Yonghwa told Son Eunseo “You really resemble Seohyun,” MC Kang Hodong gave him a compromising question. In order to avoid the question, Yonghwa just shouted this as an answer.

Seohyun Ends WGM With Tears and a Last Embrace With Jung Yonghwa

Jung Yonghwa and Seohyun shared their last moments together on MBC’s “We Got Married” and relived their experiences together. MBC aired the final episode of the ‘YongSeo Couple’ (CN Blue’s Jung Yonghwa (22) and Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun (20)viewers.

During the broadcast, by way of bringing their memories to a close, the couple spent time together looking back on their first meeting. When they both asked questions to each other, Yonghwa found some difficulties and couldn’t hide his surprise as Seohyun answered even the subjective questions instantly. He consequently received repeated ‘ddakbam’ (finger flicks to the forehead) as punishment.

Yonghwa bragged that “At first, I couldn’t even joke around with Seohyun, but now she’s the one fooling with me.” Seohyun, on the other hand, felt that things were finally coming to an end when they visited their house to reminisce. “Seeing the mission envelope makes me realize that we have achieved a lot together”

Meanwhile Yonghwa caught Seohyun by surprise as he presented her the pink guitar she had initially wanted, as a special gift. Seohyun did the same for Yonghwa by showing a ‘YongSeo Couple’ storybook detailing their story together.

As the show progressed, Seohyun could not help but cry knowing that their journey in “We Got Married” had ended.

When asked about the storybook, she replied “I can feel what it felt like when we first met, and I thought we could treasure the memories like in a picture” before tears began to fall.

The couple seemed so crestfallen by the finality that even after they had said goodbye when Yonghwa brought Seohyun home, she came back out to share a final embrace.

Having received love over the past year since their first appearance on Febrary 27th, the ‘YongSeo Couple’ have finally ended their married life.

Despite both being busy with Japanese promotions, they showed strong attachment during WGM filming and on other television shows. However, their future promotion plans meant that they had to bring it to a close. SNSD will begin their Japanese promotions in earnest this April. Yonghwa will be starring in the new MBC Drama “Festival” with Park Shinhye, as well as end his MC activities on Inkigayo.
